The apartment, just downstairs from the main home and with its own ocean view, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It just underwent a remodel from top to bottom, so everything there is brand-new. Even the bathrooms are elegant – some with double sinks, separate shower and tub, and fine stone work. The living room contains all-new furniture, including a blue-gray modular sofa, wooden tables and a giant TV. The dining area features a long wooden table, and beyond that is a quartz kitchen island.
