Nested in the heart of Broumana pine nature, this unique house is 4 min drive / 20 min walking from Broumana villa, the famous outdoor food court and beside the bars street. The house location is characterized by its privacy with a private gated entrance. We installed a solar system to provide power 24 hours and for 1 unit of A/C during the night cuts between 12am and 6am. However the A/C is usually not needed due to the house altitude and its facades (traditional stone). We have recently installed a solar system to provide power during the generator / electricity cuts which allows power for 1 A/C unit at night between 12am and 6am. The house includes a kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs, washing machine / dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, basic utensils plus a backyard with a seating area. A large living area with a fireplace and 55 inch TV which comfortably sleeps 2. TV cable and wifi are also available. The bedroom contains a king size bed with a bench, a closet, a dresser/working table, 2 night stands and a balcony. The bathroom has a shower tub and includes toilet paper, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. The house also affords a front terrace and a garden with a seating area where guests can enjoy the wonderful sunset and beautiful surrounding of pine woods. We are a fun couple and available upon request for suggestions and recommendations about the area. The house is located on the main 1st street in Broumana, behind the bars street and 4 min drive / 20 min walking from the shopping street and the famous outdoor food court and entertainment area "Broumana Villa". Host may need to occasionally access the garden and/or the backyard for either garden and/or technical maintenance.
