You are AFRAID of INSECTS and SMALL ANIMALS. We are in a tropical garden. It is incredibly beautiful, but it also means a lot of ants, geckos (eating mosquitos), frogs (our pool is too clean) and spiders. Please, do not ask us to kill those animals. We would like to live in peace with them. We can only suggest you keep doors closed and buy bug spray, if you feel it will help. During the rainy season frogs are doing mature rituals when there is rain in the night. It means male are looking for female by laud screaming. Even though we are trying to catch all frogs regularly and free them back into the forest nearby, they tend to return all the time. It can be disturbing during sleep. 2. You are AFRAID of DOGS. We are in a small village, where every house has "his" protector. The dogs bark when you are passing by their house. Sometimes barking when you are riding scooter too slowly. This is their job, they are very territorial, but they never (since we opened 5 years now) attacked anybody. 3. You are not able to DRIVE a SCOOTER, or you do not expect to hire GOJEK, GRAB or BLUEBIRD TAXI. All is around, but SCOOTER IS A MUST HERE. We are 7 min from the closest beach, another 7 beaches are 10-20 min from us, on scooter. By walking distance there are only a few local warungs, especially after pandemic, not all are still open around... If you are not sure about any of these, we are kindly asking you to find some other stay which will be more convenient for you. That way we both will avoid disappointment.
