Lovely 2-bedroom Apartment with pool (Mariville Homes, Spintex Road ) The apartment is situated inside Mariville Homes Estates, a residential gated community off the Spintex Road close to Manet Junction. It is about 15 to 20 minutes’ drive from the airport The property is gated and manned by private security 24/7 ensuring controlled access. The apartment is a two bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space A fully furnished and spacious modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 and half bathrooms, a dining area and modern self-catering kitchen will provide comfort for up to 4 guests (note that the advertised rate is for up to 4 guests occupying 2 rooms with access to all amenities) The 2 bedrooms has queen size beds and ensuite bathroom. In effect guests in each room would have access to their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, gas/electric cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc. Guests have access to their chosen bedroom and bathroom and all common areas including living rooms, dining area the kitchen, inside the house is a pool shared by all occupants. Electricity: The bungalow is fitted with a prepaid meter. This will be loaded by the owner. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, fans , air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use. This will allow us to keep our rates low. There is a standby generator to provide backup electrical power for lights, fans and some electrical outlets for up to 24 hours during the occasional power outage by the utility company. Laundry: The apartment has a washing machine, a clothes drying line, an electric iron and an ironing board are available for guests’ usage. Cleaning : Guests are responsible for ensuring that the house is kept clean during their stay. The owner will do a thorough cleaning once or twice a week subject to the convenience of the guests.
