Enjoy a modern and renovated apartment with a large lanai and spectacular ocean view. From the couch and bed you can watch the waves and turtles for hours. In the kitchen you can prepare many dishes, which you can enjoy comfortably on the lanai. The apartment is ideal for couples who want to relax but also suitable for a relaxing family vacation. Thanks to the numerous workstations inside and outside, as well as a high-speed internet connection, workation is also possible. You enjoy the apartment and the lanai for yourself. The sea and the beach are often shared with turtles. Furthermore, there is a pool for all tenants, picnic area and barbecue area. A parking stall belongs to the apartment. A bus stop is also located directly in front of the house. Small grocery stores and a local market are available nearby. Hauula is approximately 1 hour drive from the airport. Located on the northeast coast of Oahu, 30 minutes north of Kaneohe and 15 minutes south of Laie. Onsite parking is one dedicated parking stall. A bus stop is located in front of the building. By bus, Laie can be reached in 15 minutes, Kaneohe in 40 minutes, Honolulu in 60 minutes, and Waikiki and the airport in 90 minutes. Only carry-on luggage that fits on the lap or under the seat is allowed on the bus. Rides must be paid in cash or alternatively you should buy previously a HOLO card. The building is videomonitored 24/7. In addition to many cameras, the residence manager or security is always on site. Mailboxes are available in the building, so mail can be received easily. The local post office is 10 minutes away by car. In the shopping center in Hauula everything for daily needs is available. There you can also copy, fax and print. Washing machines and dryers are available to all residents on floors 4 and 6.
