You do not even have to leave the resort with everything that is included with your stay at Long Island Village Resort but if you do,South Padre Island is just around the corner! This is a one bedroom park model in Long Island Village. You will have access to all areas of the home. It has a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a brand new memory form queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, wifi, and bbq pit. You will have access to the community indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, 18 hole par 3 golf course, miniature golf, pool tables, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle boards, library, gym, ping pong tables, recreation center, and seasonal grill. Before check-in I will send you information needed for check-in. I will also provide you with a code to unlock the lock box at the property that holds the key. I will most likely not meet you in person, but I will provide you with my cell phone number so you can contact me through phone call, text message, or Airbnb. You are across the street from Port Isabel Lighthouse and there is an amazing Restaurant Pelican Station right outside of resort. Long Island Village is a privately owned community, therefore guests are required to pay a $90 fee(ask for details). This fee is charged by Long Island Village Resort, not the property owner. This fee provides you with access to all areas in resort (bracelets are provided to access amenities). You are literally minutes away from all the attractions!
