Advertised to sleep 9 adults but can easily sleep 2 kids on the sofa sleeper to bring the maximum capacity to 10! We also have a pack n' play crib for your convenience if traveling with babies:) The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishes and silverware, blender, coffee maker, crock pot and anything else you can think of! By March 1st, there will be a fire pit, pergola and fence on the back yard providing more privacy for those staying in the house and also RV parking! Additional $50 per night for RV so please let us know if you plan on using this additional service. Power and water hookups but no unfortunately no sewer. There is also charcoal BBQ available to be used on the back yard - (currently located inside the garage for storage) Private entrance to the home. Keypad lock to open the door.
