Swimming Pool: – Our pool is heated and we don't charge for it! – We strive to keep the pool temperature at >80F February-November. However, in the colder months (November-February), it can dip below comfortable for swimming 75-80F, depending on the ambient temperature (when it's below 60F outside). – Our pool is not fenced; please always supervise your children. – Swimming pool depth ranges from 3ft at the shallow end with the bar table and stools, to 8 ft at the deeper end Noise & Quiet hours: – Absolutely NO PARTIES! – Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. – We are in a very quiet residential community. Please, please help respect our neighbors. Cleanliness: – We take cleanliness very seriously - for your comfort and peace of mind, we professionally launder and sanitize all linens and towels off-site. – Also, our cleaning crew follows a serious protocol to ensure the house is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Services - for your enjoyment and comfort, we have regular services performed at the property * pool cleaning (weekly, on Fridays); * landscaping; * pest control; * trash collection (so you don't have to worry about moving trash/recycling containers in/out) * Please be advised that service providers may provide services during your stay. Other details to note: * No pets allowed. We don’t make any exceptions (we have kids with severe pet allergies). * No smoking inside and/or outside. * Please don’t turn the A/C lower than 72 in the summer. * As for any other Airbnb, the city of Scottsdale does not allow more than 6 adults (and their related dependent children) overnight in a vacation rental.
