Beautiful new condo on the best beach in Rocky Point. Part of the Playa Azul resort with all the amenities, our place will provide all the comfort for a perfect vacation. There is an on site restaurant and fun for the entire family. Enjoy the kids pool with water slides, the spacious jacuzzi , the main pool with swim up bar and a pristine beach. Phase two of the resort is under construction, however phase one where our condo is located, is completed. Our condo is on the fourth floor with easy access by elevator or stairs. Everything is the condo is brand new and it is our dream come true. A fully stocked kitchen provides all the comfort for a home cooked meal or frozen blended drinks. 2 Bedrooms and the living room have TV for your entertaiment and the entire condo has WI-FI for internet surfing or gaming. Basic toiletries will be provided but guests are advised to bring their preferred products. Beach towels will be available in the unit. Coffee and coffee filters will also be provided in the condo. The resort offers outdoor free parking for all guests. Avaibale by phone anytime. Located on Encanto beach, our condo is part of the Playa Azul Resort. The resort is close to Encanto Towers, Luna Blanca and also Mayan Palace. Playa Azul Resort is about 25 minutes away from downtown Puerto Penasco. Golfing is available at Mayan Palace resort for additional fees. Several services are available on the beach: massage, banana boat, jet skiing, etc. Driving by car. Under no circumstances extra guests will be allowed. As you approach the resort, turn right from the main road, and follow the signs for Playa Azul for about 3 miles down the unpaved road.
