The beautiful 4 bedroom home with additional studio apartment, is located 5 miles from downtown Grants Pass in a quite neighborhood on the Rogue River, surrounded by trees and mountains with a park like feeling. The 3000 square ft home includes: 5 beds (3 king and 2 queen), 4 bathrooms, 3 refrigerators, toaster oven, microwave and coffee pot for all the caffeine addicted folk. Satellite TV with Netflix and movies on demand (charges apply to rented movies) are available. A workout area located directly outside the apartment to use as well. Yard games are also available to play including: Corn hole , tether ball, croquet, and disc golf. Whether you want to relax in a hammock by the river, go for a bicycle ride on colorful beach cruisers (beach not included) or drink a cervesa while playing corn hole and barbecuing you favorite meat and/or veggies; Peace on the Rogue river can offer it all and is waiting to bless all those who come. Guests have access to entire house and property, (except 1 private bedroom not listed in the description ) also have, cruiser bicycles for use as well as Kayaks to rent. Daily if desired by guest, we respect privacy but love people! Truly a slice of heaven on earth.... Quite neighborhood. Lots of parking located on property so feel free to park here. We are unfortunately not located near public transit options. Entire house is only rented for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 10 days.
