Welcome to our cozy home for Airbnb guests, a 4 bed 1.5 bath home located just 5 minutes from I-35 between Norman and OKC. Your room has a full size bed, dresser, and desk. You share a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with TV and DVD/smart box. Fast Cox WiFi, Washer and Dryer, use of kitchen free of charge. But use all at own risk, we're not responsible for damages. A roll-away bed available for separate sleeping at $15 one time charge. Welcome to a simple place like home. Our (your) Euro House is exclusively for Airbnb guests. I don't live there, but you share the house with up to three other guests. The doors are labeled with European countries so you can easily find your room. You will call the "Great Britain Room" your home and you will have a key to your room. The room used to have two twin beds, but replaced with one Full bed and offer an extra Roll-Away bed at $15 one time charge (no matter how long you stay) if you need it . Perfect for two people wanting to share a room but not the bed. Whether you are here for just one night or you need to stay in the Metro area for a longer assignment this the place for you. You'll have a quiet room to withdraw from a hectic day and replenish or you may stretch out in the entire home to prepare breakfast and your meals and socialize with the other guests. Simply make yourself feel like home. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment is all just a 5-minute drive away. Please take note: This is a SIMPLE home, you share it with others and we treat the place like home - and NOT a HOTEL. The mere $10 cleaning fee mainly covers our cleaner helper's partial cost preparing your room and we expect YOU to do YOUR PART by keeping the place clean and orderly . Our simple golden rule applies: LEAVE the PLACE the WAY YOU FOUND IT. We are a self managed simple down-to-earth place and depend on your cooperation and expectations set right . We do not charge for many extras we provide and if something little goes wrong - just like at your home possibly would - let us know, we fix as soon as we can and thank you for kind understanding and flexibility. If anything gets accidentally damaged or get hurt by using free kitchen, laundry, or outdoors we will not be responsible for it. Use it all at no extra charge but also at your own risk. NOW: If you expect daily room service or want a pristine super bleached environment or get upset over a dust grain that fell on the carpet or a fly that may have croaked between us getting your room ready and your arrival then this place is NOT for YOU . Rather do us a favor and go to a hotel where you get over-charged for a room and pay for services you do not need but get milked for anyways. THUS : If you are a simple traveler, can clean up after yourself, can keep a quiet and peaceful environment, enjoy sharing a home with respectful awesome fellow-residents and set your expectation right for what you pay then we welcome you here with open arms and look forward to hosting you. Thanks. PARKING: We have a two-car driveway. Parking in the driveway is on a first comes first serves basis. You may also safely park right in front of the house to each side of the driveway. I might not be there in person to check you in/out but I live just a few blocks down the road and just a text/call away to assist you. You will be living in a very quiet street but close enough to find everything you need and want. All is near by, a Neighborhood Walmart just two blocks to the south. And all kinds of shopping and restaurants (I mean EVERYTHING) a little further south on SW 19th and then along I-35 between South 4th and South 19th street. It will take you only 5 minutes (and three traffic lights) to get you quickly and smoothly to the interstate I-35. From there you are just 15 minutes away from getting South to the Sooner Football Nation of Norman (University of Oklahoma) or going North to Oklahoma City and the Thunders Basket Ball games . Both cities have lots to offer with respect to culture, historic places, international cuisine, concerts, parks and nature. Both cities have thrived over the past 10 to 15 years thanks to the influence and hard work of former state senator David Boren becoming President of the University of Oklahoma in 1995 and thanks to Mick Cornet being our popular mayor of Oklahoma City since 2004. Please make sure you read the entire listing description before booking. Remember that you book a room that is in someone's private home. We strive to offer you top notch service at a bargain price. But it is still a home shared with other people. We are not a hotel that offers less and charges more. If you rather prefer hotel service and believe we should live up to their standards than please just go there. We will not refund for cancellations anymore as we got punished for Airbnb regulations that are out of the hosts control. In some special cases we may issue a refund but apply a $20 service fee . On a side note: Occasionally, I bring one of my dogs with me when stopping by to check on things. Please let us know if you prefer less contact and we will do our best to keep her out of your way .
