Family villa in Arenas de Jose Ignacio
Designed by renowned architect, Diego Montero, this family four-bedrooms beach house is immersed in a pine tree forest, 3 km away from Jose Ignacio and 500 m from the beach. Fenced swimming pool ideal for kids safety. Bedrooms located on the ground floor, each one with its own bathroom and door leading to garden. Open kitchen, dining and sitting room on first floor to enjoy the view of the lighthouse. Barbecue and 70 m2 terrace on second floor with sofa beds, low table and 360 degree view. Garage for 2 cars and independent room with bathroom. You can enjoy amazing sunset views from the first floor and from the terrace on the roof. Ideal for the aperitivo time. There is one grown up bicycle and two kids bicycles to use and explore the area. We don't live in Uruguay as this is our family holiday house, but we have an excellent person who looks after the house and will look after our guests as well. He will receive them and be available if the guests have any questions, most importantly he is the person on call if there is any problem with the house. Arenas de Jose Ignacio is a very quite place just 3 km from town. You can walk into town along the beach, it won't take longer than 30 min. Just 10 minute walk and you will find kilometres of unspoiled beaches to enjoy. Next door we have an excellent restaurant, Marismo and on the same street there are other culinary options such as Nam and newly opened this season Napule. Laguna Garzon is just 5 km away by car, where you can practice kitesurf and windsurf. Please note that we request a Utilities & Security Deposit of $2.000. Basic utilities expenses such as electricity, gas, water and telephone will be deducted from this deposit and the balance will be returned to the tenant. Copy of invoices for such expenses will be provided.
