Bathroom is off the bedroom so you have to go through the bedroom to use it. Small kitchen with stove and full size fridge, sink, microwave & dishes to use. It is a basement apartment of an old house so there are things that need updated & are quirky yet clean & functional. Separate backdoor entrance with electronic code entry. I live upstairs so if you need something you can come knock on the door, text or email. Really close to CHI hospital - 2 blocks away. 5-10 minute walk to downtown. 5 minute drive to Kirkwood mall/target/scheels. Very centrally located! Hillside park and pool are also close! Very baby friendly - if you need a pack and play, high chair, bouncer, etc I have it all. There may be toys in the living room area.
