Beautifully remodeled unit in the Village of Disciple's Ridge at Boyne Mountain. Slopeside condo located on the Boyneland ski run. Two master suites, including the original master unit with a King bed and jacuzzi tub, as well as the enclosed top floor bedroom and bathroom (not lofted) with a queen bed and bunk bed with two twins plus a twin trundle bed. Basement has full wet bar with two mini fridges and sitting area. Located walking distance from all Mountain facilities. Barbeque grill. This condo sleeps 15 people in beds/bedrooms, plus an addition 2 people on a pull out couch in the common space upstairs. All bedrooms are enclosed with walls and a door (no lofted spaces). The basement has been remodeled to include an additional sitting area, as well as a full wet bar with two mini fridges. TV's are located in both the main floor and basement living areas, as well as all bedrooms. All TV's have basic cable, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube access. The condo has wifi, as well. Ski access: This condo is located about 35 yards from the ski Boyneland ski hill; this is the only free run at Boyne Mountain. There is a gradual slope up from the condo to the run which you will walk your skis up, and you can ski down this slope directly to the back door. This short distance from the run provides privacy, light , and sound protection for this unit. The condos that are located directly on the ski slope itself have the night spotlights glaring directly in their windows. The trees between my condo and the run block a good portion of that light. Also, the snowblower noise during the evening is reduced. You can ski down this run to access both the Boyneland lift and the 6 seater express lift. When in operation, you can also access the Disciples Ridge Triple Chairlift by walking to the end of the condos, just a few hundred yards down the street. Guests have access to all of condo 764, including: the main floor with a master ensuite wth a king bed ,and second bedroom with two queen beds; upstairs ensuite with a queen, bunk bed and trundle bed; and basement with an additional living space, wet bar, bonus kids play area under the stairs, and bedroom with two queen beds. Although I am typically unavailable in person, my housekeeper is available if guests need anything. The Village of Disciples Ridge is located on the Boyne Mountain Resort property and is walking distance from all Boyne Mountain Resort facilities. A shuttle will take you from the resort to your condo, if preferred. Easy 10 minute drive to Boyne City, 15 minute drive to the Odawa Casino, or 20 minute drive to Petoskey. This condo is easy walking distance via sidewalks to the all Boyne Mountain facilities, including their multiple restaurants, shopping, coffee and ice cream shops, Avalanche Bay, arcade, and the Solace Spa. Just a short 10 minute drive to Boyne City and a 20 minute drive to Petoskey, where you'll find all the conveniences of a small town. 15 minutes from the Odawa Casino.
