When you book my upstairs, you have the exclusive use of those rooms. No other guests are allowed to book. PRIVATE 3 BR, 1 bath UPSTAIRS for GUESTS AS OWNER HAS BED/BATH on FIRST FLOOR. The upstairs comfortably suits 4 adults and one or 2 children. I do not allow any more than 4 adults at a time EXCEPT DURING COMMENCEMENT & REUNION WHEN ENTIRE HOME CAN BE BOOKED. A quiet, end of the road home close to all Williams College has to offer and very close to The Clark Art, MassMoca, Williams College Museum of Art, and everything else in the Berkshires! The entire upstairs has 3 bedrooms and one bath that is for exclusive use of renters. A private bedroom & bath downstairs for use of Owner EXCEPT DURING COMMENCEMENT & REUNION when entire use of home can be booked and is for exclusive use of guests. Coffee and tea and a breakfast loaf of some kind are always available. Small fridge is upstairs but cooking and coffee, tea are in Kitchen downstairs. Access to my home except my private bedroom and bathroom and LR downstairs. (See note above.) The Kitchen and Dining room are available for guests on request and parking for two or more cars available. I have extensive gardens and love for guests to explore my yard and sit outside on the back deck. Gas grille is available off the back/kitchen deck. I will always meet guests except if I am traveling and my cell number will be available to anyone who stays at my home. My home is always open and is very easily accessible by front door or rear/kitchen door. Our family lived in this neighborhood when we first moved from Bermuda to Williamstown in 1985. We then returned to Bermuda for 15 years. When we were ready to come back to the U.S. we waited until a property became available in this neighborhood again!! It is very safe and particularly quiet as I am the last house on the road abutting woods owned by Williams College. Public transportation (bus) is available on Cole Avenue just about a block away and there is a bus to Boston and New York City that leaves from The Williams Inn. My home is available except for downstairs LR, private bedroom and bath downstairs that is for Owner. (Williams College REUNION AND COMMENCEMENT is when my entire home is available to rent and also by appointment.) I am available anytime on my cell phone. I also only allow 4 adults and possibly 2 children to stay in the accommodations upstairs. VERY WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME.
