This conveniently located, spacious, AC included apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful island of Grenada. We have a goal of being able to offer affordable yet comfortable stays. Includes views over Calivigny Island, it is only a 5 minute drive from Grand Anse, and a 15-20 minute walk from Clark’s Court Bay Marina. Our unit also comes with a discounted taxi service at your dispense to get you where you want to go! The apartment consists of a living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom with heated shower and a one bedroom fitted with a double bed, large built in wardrobe storage, the bedroom includes a comfortable office/work desk with an ergonomic office chair for those studying or working remotely. It also boasts a newly fitted AC unit capable of cooling down the whole unit. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from Clarks Court Bay Marina in one direction and about the same in the other direction to the beautiful Grand Anse and major bus routes connecting you to the whole Island. For those not wanting to walk, taxi's are easily available. There is a mini-mart (Valmart) a short walk from the apartment to the right. If you are thinking of renting a car do message me as I can provide the details of some reliable car rental companies. On road parking is available. I do most of my contact with guests online initially however if there are any urgencies I’m only 15 minutes away and I’m more than happy to assist you and advise you on things to do! The apartment is a 2 minute walk from one of the best local restaurants on the island, Andy's Soup Bowl where you can eat in or take away excellent local food at very low prices. You can walk to Clarks Court Bay Marina in 15 minutes in one direction. Grand Anse, where you can pick up buses to the beaches, the capital St Georges and all the major attractions, is about the same walk in the other direction. Please note - this apartment is located on a steep hill, it's not suitable for persons with lesser mobility. There is plenty of parking on the road and its a 15 minute walk to Grand Anse where you will find regular buses taking you the the beaches or into St Georges, or further afield. Buses are a great, cheap and fun way of getting around Grenada running very regularly and linking you up with all the major tourist attractions. For those who prefer not to walk taxis are easy to find and I will provide you with some taxi numbers when you arrive. If you would like to hire a car for your stay don't hesitate to let me know as I have a couple of good reliable companies I can recommend. Please note, that upstairs of this apartment is a 24 hour gym which can be heard from the apartment at peak hours, the music is kept to a minimal with a noise restrainer and thick padded flooring. The unit has a short steep hill to get up to the front door which is not suitable for those with mobility restrictions. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed, I can be flexible with check in/out times as I appreciate some of my guests have had long journeys so don't hesitate to ask!
