The Purple BR #4 is set up as an office. It has a convertible sofa that folds down to a single bed and it also has a Toddler bed. A car is definitely needed to get around town. However the property is only 1/4 mi to the Longleaf Trace, a 45-mi walking/bike path that will take you to USM and downtown.
