This rare 1 bedroom king bed unit is furnished with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. High speed internet is included, and off street parking is available. When you book with us, you'll enjoy mornings on the sunny patio and lazy days by the pool, or action packed days on the water. This is our favorite oceanfront property in Cabarete! We have created a private 1 bedroom suite for you out of a 2 bedroom apartment by locking the door to the rest of the apartment on both sides and adding a temporary wall (with insulation) on the other side of the door. The only element of the space that is shared is the outdoor terrace, but we have separated your space on the terrace with a nice big plant. You'll have your own private entrance from the first floor terrace sliding door, which can be locked when you leave. Central air conditioning is included, and is controlled by the other unit. We generally keep the thermostat locked at a nice cool temperature of 24 degrees celsius to ensure you're always comfortable. We have recently renovated the shower, the bedroom received a fresh coat of paint, and we added a brand new smart tv, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for your enjoyment. The grounds of Caba Reef are immaculately maintained. Caba Reef offers an extremely comfortable and safe vacation. Our gated resort includes two to three security guards on site around the clock to ensure we don't have to worry about a thing. Many guests leave their kitesurf gear right on the terrace, with no issues at all. There is no doubt you'll enjoy your stay at Caba Reef. Guests are really enjoying our brand new super comfortable pool chairs and recently added lighting at night. On site parking is available, right next to your apartment. You can walk to town on the beach, catch a moto or a guagua, or enjoy a few restaurants right here on Kite Beach. We are the last condos heading west on world famous Kite Beach. Why Kite Beach as opposed to Cabarete Beach? If you're a kiter - you'll be able to enjoy flatter waters inside the reef, and amazing waves on the reef. The combination creates incredible kitesurfing conditions. Whether you're here to kite or not, you'll surely enjoy the beautiful, and tranquil beachfront surroundings of Caba Reef. We're a 20 minute walk to downtown Cabarete, or you can easily catch a moto, guagua, or taxi into town. We have a couple great restaurants right here on Kite Beach - Mesa Taina and Cocotazo, and there are many more excellent dining options in Cabarete. You'll be sure to enjoy your stay at Caba Reef, whether you're here to relax and enjoy the beach or take advantage of our amazing watersports conditions. You can rent a car and take advantage of our on site parking, enjoy the 20 minute walk into Cabarete on the beach, or you can easily catch a quick ride into town with a moto, taxi, or guagua. There is a moto stand just down the street (across from Kite Beach Hotel) for a quick and easy ride into Cabarete. We have an incredible outdoor pool/patio here at Caba Reef, and an amazing set up for kiters. Launch out your front door, and even take advantage of the on site air compressor to inflate your kite. If you're not a kiter, just kick back, relax, and enjoy the show! We live above your apartment and will be available in case of any issues at all.
