Convenient to historical Cumberland Gap and LMU. Tiny house includes 1 bath with full shower, living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom on lower level and 2 accommodating sleeping lofts. Small space doesn’t always have to mean sacrifice, especially when well designed :) Living locally :) any questions or concerns will be addressed as needed. The property is under renovation but is listed on the national Register of Historic Places; quiet area located conveniently to many area destinations on Norris Lake, Royal Blue and other ATV trails and attractions. Historic Cumberland Gap just 25 mins away. Cove Lake and Norris Dam are also just minutes away. Explore the grounds on foot and plenty of space for ATV parking, boat parking, etc. Please take note that 2 of the sleeping spaces are loft areas, as with most tiny homes, and are accessible by ladder. There is no tub in this accommodation, however the kitchen sink has been kept as large as possible to accommodate bathing a small child.
