It has magnificent views of the beach, lagoon, mountains and sunset. It is in a prime location with 24-hour security and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is beautiful Italian marble flooring and glamorous crystal chandeliers throughout the large beachfront villa. Enjoy the amazing views from every room. BEDROOMS There are five large bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning/heating and high-speed internet. The master bedroom also features a private lounge area and a walk-in wardrobe. LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM There is a spacious lounge with a 65 inch Smart Ultra HD 4K Samsung TV, Bush sound system (sound bar with subwoofer) and leather sofas, along with a separate dining area seating 10 people with a feature domed ceiling. There is a landline telephone available to make free local calls. KITCHEN The large American kitchen and utility room are fitted with a full range of equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for your enjoyment. POOL AREA The pool area and front of the beachfront villa has magnificent views of the peaceful beach, lagoon and mountains beyond. It is the ideal place to swim in the gorgeous pool and use the provided BBQ whilst watching the amazing sunset views from the comfort of the villa. COURTYARD The private courtyard has an additional dining and lounge area. There is direct access from the lounge and some of the bedrooms. Make the most of the amazing views of the night sky and clear views of the stars. An astronomer's dream view! BEACH The beachfront villa allows for direct access to the private beach which is exclusively for Hill residents and guests. Enjoy the warm sand and expansive lagoon. You can watch the boats go by and even swim across to downtown! The beach is the perfect place to relax and recharge! SAFETY The villa is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and has the highest speed WiFi available throughout the villa. There is also a first aid kit and fire extinguishers. The villa is easily accessible as it is single story. The pool can be heated as per request. Please note that the pool solar cover should be kept on when not in use to maintain the pool temperature in winter given the cool air temperature. NEARBY The villa is walking distance to El Gouna's 18-hole championship Golf Course for year-round golfing. It has stunning mountain and water views. You have full access to use the whole villa. El Gouna is home to the annual El Gouna Film Festival, Sandbox Music Festival and hosts various sporting championships including the El Gouna International Squash Open, Golf Tournament, Rally, Beach Polo and Tennis Tournament. El Gouna is also the perfect place to enjoy water-sports, including scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing, parasailing, snorkelling and has premier kite surfing capabilities. It is a quick and easy 10 minute walk to Downtown. Alternatively, there are many low-cost TokToks (approximately 35 Egyptian Pounds per trip for 3 people as at April 2023) and taxis that are easily accessible and available. All guests have to submit full copies of passports/IDs as soon as possible, prior to arriving in El Gouna to comply with local rules. In rare cases, El Gouna security can deny entry in which case the guest will have to cancel the booking. Unfortunately we have no control over this process. Mixed groups are welcome! There is a gardener and pool-man who attends the garden and pool on a daily basis. Please ensure that any pets are well trained as any damage is chargeable to the guest. Please ensure that the kitchen is clean to avoid extra charges. Please help save energy by turning off air condition units and lights when you leave the villa or when the windows are open. The third single bed in the 5th room can be pulled out and placed wherever needed. To ensure the pool maintains its temperature, please keep the pool cover on when not in use, and especially at night. If you would like the pool heated, please inform us. As with all pool heaters, the temperature increase depends on the outside air temperature and wind factors.
