Relax in our classic, modernist A-frame with water views from every angle, just steps from your beach. Swim in the lake or take a short bike ride to Gin Beach. Make fabulous feasts in our chef's kitchen and eat at the large outdoor table. You'll never want to leave your private beach. We have kayaks, SUPs, surfboards and bikes for our guests. This playful compound is basically Camp Montauk: Make bonfires on the beach, take a fishing rod and catch some sea robins or Fluke. We also have an oyster farm in the water and you can order your oysters directly (we'll give you the number when you book). Take a Kayak to dinner at the Crow's Nest at the end of the lake. Swim to the floating dock and fall asleep rocking in the water in the afternoon. Take a morning paddle on the SUP's. Book a charter fishing trip at the marina down the beach and catch your dinner. Your private beach is set up with umbrellas, beach loungers and side tables. The open living room and kitchen are great communal areas with water views all around. The main bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and entrance from the deck with ample closet space. The two back bedrooms each with queen beds have beautiful light and large closets. The children's bedroom has a bunkbed. The brand new kitchen features all new appliances: Viking stove, fridge, Bosche dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Serve dinner in the dining room area or on the 14' large custom-made outdoor table on the shore of the ocean lake or on the deck. Spend days reading on the secluded beach or playing in the shallows of the lake. Or just enjoy the sounds of lapping waves from one of our hammocks that always catch a westerly breeze coming off the lake--no bugs! Washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and Le Creuset cookware as well. It's perfect for families--you'll have plenty to do with 2 paddle boards, 2 surfboards, 3 kayaks, 3 bikes, a swimming platform an outdoor shower and plenty of lawn for boccie or cornhole. Gin Beach, Montauk's prettiest beach is just .5 miles down the road and Ditch Plains, the best surfing beach is just 2.5 miles away. Build a fire in the beach fire pit and cook hotdogs and s'mores as the sun goes down. Go to sleep with the sound of the water lapping at the shore. It's dream-like.
