Welcome to our light-filled, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more! Recently updated with a brand new memory foam mattress, new Casper pillows, and a new Samsung smart washer and dryer. For our guests who stay 10 nights or longer, we're happy to offer a complimentary mid-stay clean. Enjoy high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and chef's kitchen in nearly 1000 square feet of living space! The bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels are 100% cotton. There's also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance. A fully-equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar. The living room has a smart TV with complimentary Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock. In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer. We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan. Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest. Please note: Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from about November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC. The TV doesn't have cable. Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away. As we're in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise. Due to allergies, we're unable to host any animals. Our home is exempt from hosting assistance animals. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with total privacy. We just keep some supplies and linens locked for our cleaner. We provide easy check-in and we're always available for questions or recommendations. Our neighborhood is home to some of Boston's best reviewed restaurants and cocktail bars, coffeeshops, a full-service supermarket, and plenty of shopping! Best of all, the apartment is only a 4 minute walk to Boston Common. The Downtown Crossing subway station is next to our building, and the Park Street station is just one block away. Both connect to Logan Airport, and Amtrak at South Station is a 10 minute walk away.
