Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Casa Blanca Golf Resort. The resort has 4 pools (2 heated in winter) (1 pool on the beach) (1 swim up bar), a restaurant, an 18 hole putting green, and walking trails for you and your well behaved dogs. You will have the entire condo which includes a washer and dryer, hair dryers, all linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler to take to the beach or pool, gas BBQ grills, and picnic areas. You will have full access of the resort grounds and easy, up close, free parking. Your access code to the front door to the condo will be the provided prior to your stay. To enter the condo put in the code and you will hear the door unlock. To lock it from the outside, just press the lock symbol. We do not reside in Puerto Penasco but always enjoy contact with our guests. However we do have a property manager available to take care of any emergencies or issues. Both will deliver to the condo. There are many other restaurants and bars nearby including Collins Cantina across the street at the Princessa Resort. They also have a small convenience store. Parking is easy and free. Taxis are also available if you’d rather not drive until you are more familiar with the area. Be sure to get Mexican car insurance if your current company doesn’t cover you in Mexico. Please note: This condo is not appropriate for babies or toddlers and since it is NOT child proofed, we will not accept any child under the age of 3. You will receive additional information from us regarding the WiFi, bracelets, entry into the condo, places to go, and places to eat to make your stay enjoyable.
