We absolutely love the peace and quiet and feeling of being surrounded by nature at the house. The master suite in truly serene. Home of the Assateague ponies! Small fishing town on the eastern shore of Virginia. Central air, modestly equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, some spices, blender), screened in porch, sleeps 6. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, barbeque grill, washing machine, dryer. Need to bring towels and bed linens. The entire house is yours to enjoy! We are always just a phone call or text message away. Please feel free to contact with whatever you may need during your stay. We do partner with very reliable people on the island in the case of any needs that may arise. Check out Chincoteague, a real all American town with activities and a pristine protected beach. Flat for great bike riding. And great all year 'round. Conveniently located on the lane next to the Chincoteague Pony Center and easy access to Maddox Blvd. Please note: ~ Paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your stay. Guests are asked to bring their own towels and bed sheets. ~ There is a $50 fee that will be added for bringing pets to the house. While we do want to always remain pet friendly, there are added costs to keep the house this way. This fee helps to cover those costs. ~ Bed linens and towels are not provided in the rental cost. They are available for an added fee of $10 per bed.
