Guest must notify Host of pet and pay pet fee. - The following heavy shedders are NOT allowed. Akita, Husky, Corgi, Retriever, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, American Eskimo, Alaskan Malamute. If Guest brings any of these breeds, and extra cleaning fee is more than $150, Guest will be responsible for the difference. Guest will also compensate host for loss of income if cleaning takes longer than usual, resulting in late check-in and refund for next guests. - Pet must be fully potty trained, flea and tick free, and current on prevention treatment. - No pet on furniture. - Never use human towel for pet. - Do not leave pet alone in the house unless pet stays in a crate and is fully crate trained. - Guest must clean up after pet both indoor and outdoor. If Guest needs cleaning assistance, please contact Host. - Guest must keep pet quiet. Continuous barking is not acceptable. LAYOUT: - Level 1: Main entry, Bedroom 1 (queen bed), Bedroom 2 (king bed) with a half bath inside - Level 2: Living area with queen sofa sleeper, Kitchen & Dining area, Bedroom 3 (king bed) with jacuzzi inside, Bedroom 4 (queen bed) with laundry closet inside, 1 full common bath - Level 3: Game room and 1 full common bath NOTES: - The main renter must be at least 25 years old and is required to provide a picture of photo ID and electronically sign a rental contract. - A $300 refundable damage deposit will be reserved on Guest's credit card on 1 day before check-in date, and will be released 14 days after check-out or earlier. The damage deposit is a hold, not a charge. - Extra guest fee is $50/guest/night for every guest after 10 guests. - There are three flights of stairs from Level 1 to Level 2 and two flights of stairs from Level 2 to Level 3. - Several short portions of the road to the cabin is moderately steep. This is very common for mountain cabins which offer spectacular views in return. During winter, four-wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. - Our driveway is steep and curvy as the cabin is built on a slope (see picture in listing). We will send you tips to help you park like a Ski Mountain local! Our previous guests found it very helpful and have no problem with parking so far. - Driveway parking at the top is limited to 2 sedans. If your cars are larger, you can park on the lower section of the driveway or across the street. - We have a whole house power generator in case of power outage. - All issues have to be brought to our attention during the stay so that we can address them. There will be no post stay refunds if we are not informed of issues during stay. Host is not present at the house but available to answer any question from guests via messaging or phone. The cabin is nestled in the mountain but only 5 minute drive from downtown.
