Take a 13-minute scenic gondola ride into the town of Telluride for even more pedestrian-friendly dining and shopping options. Stoic and stately, the interior design of this large modern condo provide a regal air with proud accents of comfort. The spacious kitchen is vital, complete with island workspace and seating. Conveniently adjacent, the dining table has seating for eight. Dual lounging rooms make for ample relaxation. The main king bedroom has an ensuite, as does the junior queen bedroom. Both of the other guest rooms have queen beds with ensuites. One of the guest rooms has two queen beds, for everyone's comfort. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 10 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 2. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. - While the home is right in the core of Mountain Village, it's technically not ski-in/ski-out and just a short 50-yard walk to the lifts, ski school meeting point, and the gondola. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
