Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary is located directly on the coast with beautiful unobstructed views of the sea. It's a gracious two story home of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms--the lower level is comprised of 2 bedrooms on either side of an open plan "kitchen / dining room / living room" with the penthouse bedroom on the upper level. All rooms face onto the Caribbean and overlook the freshwater pool--every room is fully screened and air conditioned and graciously decorated in a Caribbean motif. The Sanctuary is a very short hop to Shoal Bay Beach whereby the beach has a number of "hidden" access points that can be easily reached from the home and will be detailed upon your arrival--Shoal Bay Beach is famous not only for its water quality and abundant snorkeling opportunities, but also for its upscale hotels / friendly beach bars / causal and gourmet restaurants...as such your close enough to it all to enjoy it while being far enough away from it all not to be bothered by any of it. Please be sure to correctly indicate the number of guests so that proper arrangements can be made regarding bedroom preparation and provisioning--additionally, as base rates are calculated on double occupancy, please know there is a per person per night surcharge for additional guests to cover added costs of electricity / water / propane / wear & tear & breakage--in the event the additional guests are only staying for part of your holiday, please let me know directly so we can make proper adjustments. Guests have access to the entire home whereby the home is solely for use of guests who book together as a group--there is no "sharing" with anyone other than those in your party. I moved to Anguilla in 19777 and have lived here since that time with the exception of two years spent in Boston where I got a Masters Degree from MIT in Real Estate Development--as I live on island I do my best to meet (and guide, as necessary) all of guests shortly after they check in...I've always enjoyed the interaction with my guests and am always ready to share a tale or two over a glass of wine or three. The beauty of Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary lies not only within its walls and within its landscaped bounds, but within the area in which the home is located--an elegant neighborhood of high end homes known as a very safe enclave on a very safe island with easy proximity to Shoal Bay Beach and all of its splendors ... from Zemi Beach Resort to Manouah Hotel / from Gwen's Reggae Beach Bar to Madeariman Restaurant / from Bev's Tacqueria to Elodia's Grill / from walking the beach to snorkeling in the sea / from pink coral sand to exotic tropical fish / from evening sunsets to morning sunrises, Shoal Bay is dreamy. The best way to enjoy Anguilla is with a rental car, but given the location of Shoal Bay Coastal Villa and it's nearby adjacency to the beach / restaurants / beach bars / etc, one might wish to fall "off the transportation grid" and walk (or bike ride) if your love of relaxation overwhelms the adventure of wanderlust In addition to the villa itself being lovely and comfortable the area is sublime with easy access to the nearly adjacent beautiful Shoal Bay Beach along with the amenities thereon of hotels and beach bars and causal restaurants, none of which impact the serenity of the villa itself--as such, the best of both (the best of all) worlds. As a final note: Insofar as the villa is being offered for purchase, any purchaser must contractually commit to honoring all rental reservations as a condition of sale, whereby any rental guest interested in purchasing the villa will be granted a 5% purchase price reduction with showings only occurring during vacancies as guest privacy is paramount
