Immaculate studio located directly on Condaod Beach. Sleep on a comfortable king size bed listening to the sound of the waves on the beach below. Step out onto you balcony with a panoramic view that feels like being on a cruise ship. In the heart of Condado with restaurant options from five star to fast food. Fully equipped kitchen with glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a 4 burner stove, oven, microwave toaster and coffee maker. There is a flat screen TV and high speed wifi. The studio apartment is comfortably decorated with original artwork throughout. It has a ceiling fan and AC but you can also choose to open the wall of sliding glass doors to allow in the sea breeze and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Black out curtains allow for sleeping in late or to enjoy an afternoon nap. There is a keyed elevator allowing for extra security. I reside in the same building on a different floor and am usually available if needed to answer questions or assistance. I normally mail keys in advance when ever possible to allow guests to arrive at what ever time you desire. Although I am new to Airbnb I have been renting several properties in this building for over a decade. The condo is directly on a pristine stretch of Condado Beac between Condado Marriott Stellaris Resort and Casino and La Concha. The neighborhood is very walkable with a vast assortment of restaurant choices from fast food to five star. There is a Walgreens and CVS both on the corner for essentials and Fresh Mart nearby. There are gyms, salons and shopping from Cartier to souvenir shops all with in walking distance. The city bus runs down Ashford Ave one block away. There is a taxi stand in front of the building at the Marriott. There are many car rental companies in the vicinity or at the airport. Tours can be arranged individually or through the concierge desk at the Marriott. If you do rent a car parking may be available when arranged in advance at an additional rate of $10 daily. Uber is now present on the island.
