A beautiful Country Style mVilla, spacious, illuminated, ventilated, ready to rest with family or friends, a beautiful garden and in front of the lake that is surrounded by 3 volcanoes, mountains and vegetation. The VILLA HAS TWO LEVELS: THE FIRST FLOOR INCLUDES: a beautiful living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a hand-wash area outside the bathroom. The living room has big windows giving a beautiful view to the garden, kitchen is modern, made of cypress wood and fully equipped, including hot water on the sink. THE SECOND FLOOR INCLUDES: a warm big master bedroom with a King Size bed. This room has a private bathroom and a nice terrace to enjoy the sun and the views to the lake and volcanoes; perfect space to enjoy privacy. However, an intercom between this room and the others is set, to check or ask for everything. Outside of the Villa, a country style pergola will allow you to read, or just spend time watching the sunset and the lake. THE VILLA HAS FREE WIFI CONNECTION. We have KAYAKS which you can request at your arrival to our staff. The public beach is in front of the property and the lake is 20 meters away. The town of Panajachel is 10 minutes away (walking) with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, typical and local crafts or stores. You can also take a private boat in front of the Villa to ride around the lake and visit picturesque villages in the area. Upon your arrival, we can make recommendations of places to visit around the lake. You will have access to all the comforts of home and we will automatically reserve a space in our parking lot for your car. "VILLAS JUCANYA" has personal at reception. Any questions or requests, you can immediately contact our staff who will be available to help you as required. Our manager will be ready to support you at any time too. PETS: SMALL pets are accepted under the following condition: US $25.00, or Q200.00 (GQT) per pet for each night of staying will be charged. MAXIMUM 1 PET. NO LARGE OR MEDIUM PETS ARE ACCEPTED. You can find our location on Waze or Google Maps as "Villas Jucanya". You can get to Panajachel from the capital or any other place in Guatemala by land, by car or by bus service. Upon reaching the town you can take a public motorcycle taxi called Tuc-Tuc (there are many circulating in the town) and by Q5 they will take you to "VILLAS JUCANYA". TRANSPORTATION: We can support you with private transportation from the airport in the capital or anywhere else in the country. Rates depend on the distance and number of guests. Check our rates.
