If there is a positive result, the nightly rate must be paid if quarantine is required until able to travel. Ocean front - swimming-snorkeling and kayaking from back yard - We have a parking area for a scooter and a charging station on property for most electric rental car models. We offer a Kayak for the entire time not as a rental but we with a very small fee (waiver must be signed) We live in the house above and are available usually evenings and via phone and emails during the day. We are retired professionals and now run a visitor tour company and a consulting firm Winsome Tours. We are enjoying our retirement meeting guests during our tours and at home. We are 8 minutes walk to the main road where there is a major bus route and grocery store. Our neighbors love chatting with our guests. We have installed a charging station which will work for all three models of electric mini rental cars on island. We now have fiber internet access for the apartment for faster internet speed which now provides 100Mb for those who need to work while here. We are hoping to have a charging station installed for the small local electric rental cars this season. Some guests rent scooters and other use the bus or taxi at the moment. King size bed - Double Kayak (life jackets and provided and required) waiver must be signed. Location is also excellent for swimming, snorkeling and light fishing (weather permitting). Depth of water (sandy bottom) next to the shore is 6 inches at low tide and 4 ft at high tide. We recommend water shoes to protect against sharp objects when in the water. Waiver will include all water activity as we have no life guards on duty.
