This home and pool are completely private on a 1/2 acre of tropical gardens and walking paths. Fruit Trees and flowing palms lead way to jungle paths that enhance the magical natural environment. Upstairs has a master bedroom w/ a King Bed & a small adjacent sleeping nook w/ 2 twin beds. Downstairs, the media room has a pull out couch that can be converted into a 3rd private bedroom. Peaceful and quiet, this St John Cottage is perfect for couples, honeymooners or families with young children. Full Kitchen, Air Conditioning throughout the home, High Speed Internet, Media Room, Private Pool and a screened in porch are just a few of the amenities that will make your stay at New Moon Escape the perfect choice for your St John Vacation. Take a stroll to the forested hammock deck for a nap in the shade or stretch out on the pool deck and soak up the Caribbean sun! This home is not ideal for groups of couples or multiple adults, but we will have you. With 1.5 bathrooms, multiple couples would be sharing. This home is remotely located off the beaten path. The access road is dirt and is bumpy, but never steep or scary or dangerous as some roads on island can be. This house is best suited for a maximum of 2 adults and their kids. This property is 100% private. Guests have access to the entire property Once on island you will have received detailed driving directions that will lead you to the villa where you will be able to self check in at your leisure after a day of travel. Unique Island Assets will always be on call 24 hours a day for emergencies and during regular hours for assistance and service. In the time leading up to your vacation w e have a full Concierge service to help you with planning and booking rental cars, private chefs, boat trips and more. This neighborhood is a hidden oasis. It is called La La Land for a reason. As you approach on the off the beaten path road, the gardens spill over the wall welcoming you to the special spot. Quiet, private and safe neighborhood. You will need a rental vehicle to stay at this property. We reccommend a 4wd or at least a high clearance vehicle on St John. Please note this property is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults and 4 kids. Parties with more than 2 adults are welcome, but should know its really not set up for more than 1 couple and their kids.
