You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home! What a bargain! You will have access to the whole condo unit except the master bedroom closet. Our on-site manager or his designee will meet you at a pre-arranged location and let you follow him to our unit where he will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the fabulous condo complex and the location of the 2 assigned parking spaces. You will receive a parking pass, the keys to the unit and beach gate, individual pool bracelets, our WiFi password, and our on-site manager's contact information - in case of emergencies. You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home! Puerto Rico has friendly locals, delicious food, fantastic weather, lush surroundings, amazing pools, great beaches, historic sites, national parks, tropical forest, shopping and many attractions and adventures. Loiza is conveniently located to allow you to explore all that Puerto Rico has to offer. Two assigned parking spaces are available free of charge. We highly recommend renting a car as public transportation is not readily available. Uber and taxi service is limited. Aquatika is a condominium complex. Guests are required to adhere to Association rules including the wearing of an Association issued bracelet provided at check in for each registered guest. All guests and visitors must be registered and cannot exceed 8 per unit. The beach access is only open from 9 am to 6pm.
