The unit features a private patio that provides unobstructed views of the beautiful powdery white sand beach and the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. This section of Seven Mile Beach is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque areas. Accommodation: The master bedroom is spacious and includes a comfortable king bed, beach/Caribbean Sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen television. The 2nd bedroom also offers plenty of room with two cozy twin beds, and there is a guest bathroom just outside the bedroom. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate an extra guest. Fully Equipped: The living area provides ample seating for relaxation, along with a large-screen flat-panel TV and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare fantastic meals during your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Convenient Location: The location of the Regal Beach Club is excellent, with various restaurants within walking distance to cater to every taste and budget. You can also take a stroll to Camana Bay, where you'll find elegant shopping, dining options, coffee shops, gelato, and panoramic views of the island from the tower. Supermarket and Sunday Closures: Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Please note that, like some other properties in the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion. While most of the time there is plenty of sand for guests to enjoy the beach, there are times when there may be less sand due to this cyclical and changing situation.
