The fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs sits at the edge of a large gravel driveway overlooking the dock and river. Mason's Island is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and water. It is great for a jog, walk or bike ride. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac street with a small sandy area for swimming as well as your own dock and waterfront yard. This home " On The Mystic" is decorated and accessorized specifically with your vacation in mind. It has everything you want and nothing you don't want. Just about everything is brand new and the quality is what I would expect from a luxury accommodation. This is a private home with a large driveway which can accommodate numerous cars as well as a boat trailer. Mason's Island is an Island just minutes from downtown historic Mystic and the local attractions of the area including the Mystic Seaport, the Aquarium and Casinos. Within a short drive you can find wine vineyards, many shops and restaurants, hiking trails, beaches, the quaint fishing village of Stonington Borough, as well as Watch hill Rhode Island and its famous Ocean House. Mason's Island is just minutes from historic downtown Mystic. It is a quiet and beautifully landscaped neighborhood with gorgeous homes. The surroundings are of nature and water which offer a perfect backdrop for a jog, walk or bike ride. The house includes a dock which can accommodate a boat up to 21 ft. At low tide the draft is 2 ft. Also provided are water toys including a large blow up family raft, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels, kayaks and a paddle board. The driveway is stacked with firewood for your convenience and basic needs like laundry and dish detergent as well as bathroom items are also provided.
