Spectacular NYC and Water Views From Inside The Apartment, Everything Is New, Large 3 Bedrooms, Queen Size Beds, Located Just 15 min from Midtown NYC Times Square by bus or ferry, Safe and Quiet Neighborhood, Washer and Dryer, Front Porch, Backyard. We own 2 airbnb in this private 4 unit building and have many great reviews. Cats and small dog OK. You get all the views and space and quiet while being so close to NYC at a fraction of the cost. It is really the best of both worlds. Guests also have access to a front out door porch with big NYC views, a private back deck and a shared backyard. There is free internet wifi and cable TV. There is a free washer and dryer on site. Street parking is available. Parking passes cost $3.50 per 24 hours. The machine where you can get the parking passes is accessible 24 hours a day and located 3 minutes from the apartment. There is an indoor garage 7 blocks from the apt and costs $20 per day. We let our guests relax and enjoy themselves but if they need anything a property manager is right on the premises to assist. We love this neighborhood because it is very safe and you have incredible views of one the greatest cities on earth. All the beauty without the hustle and bustle - a great retreat to wind down after touring the City. You have outdoor space both with the amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our Boulevard is great for romantic strolls in the evening after a day of adventure in NYC (which is just minutes away). There are several great restaurants in the area and a major grocery store within walking distance. Easy transportation - NJ Transit Bus at the corner which goes directly to Port Authority or community bus that uses the same route. These buses run all hours of the night and day. New Jersey Transit Bus: •NJ Transit Buses stop right on Boulevard East, @ the corner of 51st. •This bus will take you inside Port Authority Bus Terminal. •The cost of the bus is $3.50 for adults. •Cash or bus tickets is accepted when boarding in New Jersey. •From NY you can board this bus from 6 am – 10 pm at Gate 212 inside Port Authority Bus Terminal. •You must use a bus ticket to board all buses leaving Port Authority Bus Terminal. Cash will not be accepted. To purchase a ticket you can use any ticket machine inside Port Authority or buy a ticket at the ticket counter. If using a machine, when prompted enter Route 168 and Zone 2 to purchase tickets. •After 10 pm buses to Boulevard East do not board at Gate 212. You will be given additional instructions at Port Authority with late night Gate information. ALL BUSES LEAVING FROM GATE 212 GO TO BOULEVARD EAST.   Jitney Bus (Community Local Bus): •There is also a jitney bus that runs from Boulevard East to Times Square. •The cost of this bus is $3.00 per person. •You can board this bus in NYC on 42nd Street, between 8th & 9th Aves. (closer to 8th Ave.), directly in front of Burger King. When you board the Jitney Bus, remember to make sure the bus is going to Boulevard East – ask the driver before boarding. If you prefer to go across the Hudson, the ferry is only a short walk away - and a beautiful 7 minute boat ride to NYC. Taxis are always a another option.
