Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub. **Building has been painted seafoam green.** We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer available in the building. I don't live in the area but will be available by cell phone. Pawleys Island is a fun place to visit. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Our favorite breakfast spot is just across the street - Eggs Up Grill. This is a beautiful development with a private beach house and beautiful beach. There are great sidewalks in the development for bike rides or nice walks! Per resort policy: You need to be 21 years of age to check-in or be accompanied by an adult.
