Wilmington's famous Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is moored just across the river and can be seen directly from the balcony of my condo. Bespoke, the best coffee shop in town is just a 3 min walk Wake and Bake Donuts is just 2 min. Walk to the historic district and soak up some Wilmington's unique history or stroll down the riverwalk and enjoy the views. By car the condo is 12 minutes to the airport, 14 minutes to UNCW campus, 20 minutes to Wrightsville beach, and 25 minutes to Carolina beach. The public bus stop is a 3 min walk away.
