From May to November we experience less wind and typically the beach in front of the house is larger but only when the tide is out. The ocean at the beach below is also swimmable and ok for snorkeling etc. You are within walking distance of two very large and beautiful beaches as well - The Crane beach and Foul Bay Beach.
