With two swimming pools, jacuzzi and beach access among other amenities. Our beach is an small beach but enjoyable with private access and usually used only for residents and guest of our complex. A great place to relax and to enjoy your vacation. This Beach Resort is just 30 minutes away from San Juan International Airport (SJU). There are a few Golf Courses just a few minutes away from the apartment, Bahia Beach, Westin Rio Mar, Trump International Golf Course, home of PGA's PR Open, El Conquistador Golf Course. Driving for 15 minutes you will find El Yunque National Rainforest and Hacienda Carabali that offers horse back riding, zip lining, ATV and Go Kart rides. We are also located only 30 minutes from the Bio-luminescent Bay in Las Croabas, Fajardo for an amazing kayaking tour experience at night. Also in Fajardo you can board a catamaran for a daytrip island hoping to Icacos, Palomino, Palominito or take the ferry to the islands of Vieques and Culebra (Flamenco Beach). Our Beach Resort is just minutes from major retail stores like Super Walmart, Marshalls, Walgreens, Ralph's Supermarket, The Outlet Mall on Route 66, Los Colobos Mall with K-Mart, Home Depot, etc.and a wide variety of restaurants and fast food places. Our guests would have complete access to the penthouse apartment's private rooftop and BBQ area as well as all of the Resort's amenities: Two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts (tennis racquets are provided), gym, basketball court, gazebo areas and, of course, the beach. We always like to welcome our guests, whenever possible, and show them the resort and the apartment and to give them the keys personally, feel free to ask. In the neighborhood there are drugstore, “chinchorros”, schools, mini market, fast foods, and the Caribbean Sea. Although taxis and UBER work really well here, we always recommend our guests to rent a vehicle, if possible, to be able to have the freedom to better explore the island and to go grocery shopping, etc. This penthouse apartment is located on the fourth floor of the “I” building, one of the closest to the beach. **** January 2024 update **** after last huracán season because of high tide, complex fence to beach was damage, now complex is working if rebuild and processing law permits, so direct access to beach is closed because of safety, beach access still open is walking around the complex 7-8 minutes walk, using the street at the left side of complex.
