The first floor has a contemporary layout that connects the kitchen, living room, dining area and hallway that leads to all bedrooms. The second floor has a spacious and comfortable terrace with outdoor furniture with seating for 6 adults and a BarBQ plus a family room that includes a sofa bed, a TV with streaming apps and a half bathroom. To access he second floor, you must climb a spiral staircase located inside of the property. The master bedroom has a dreamy queen-size bed, a Smart TV, an attached full bathroom & closet space. The second bedroom has a comfy full-size bed, workspace and closet. The third bedroom also has a full-size bed, workspace and closet. All bedrooms have AC. Guests have unrestricted access to all interior spaces of the property and the outstanding rooftop terrace with seating for 6 adults, perfect for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying an outdoor BarBQ cookout. Guests also have access to the condo's communal pool, half basketball court and children's playground which are all just steps away from the penthouse. The property is just a 5-10 minute drive away from amazingly beautiful beaches like Playa Puerto Nuevo, Mar Chiquita and Playa Los Tubos with amazing views and perfect for body boarding.
