SPECTACULAR VIEWS Heaven's Plateau is a 3,800 sq. ft., 5 BR, custom built cabin found off a long private driveway. You'll think you're miles from everything, but you're just a short drive to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Sleeping 12 comfortably, Heaven's Plateau provides breathtaking Smoky mountain views, a 2-hole indoor putt-putt, a movie theater, a hot tub, multiple arcade machines, a pool table, 2 full sized decks, and so much more. This custom cabin was built by a stone mason. He and his daughter hand laid every stone, and their attention to detail throughout the cabin is unmatched. The Floor plan is as follows: MAIN LEVEL: Kitchen Living Room Dining room (1) King Master En suite, Custom Shower and Soaking Tub (2) King Bedrooms w/ shared full bath room Upper Deck with patio furniture and grill (propane tanks provided) LOWER LEVEL Game Room with pool table and a video arcade game Bunk bedroom-(2) Full bunk beds with full bath room (1) King bedroom w/ bath room Lower Deck with swing, furniture, and Hot Tub ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS: GETTING THERE: The road is an uphill, private, asphalted (previously gravel) driveway from the main road, through the mountain forest, to the cabin. The driveway is one lane, but there are pull offs to allow vehicles to pass. There are NO intimidating mountain drop offs on the driveway (common in the mountains). There is another cabin on the property, so guests in the other cabin may be using the driveway as well. PARKING: There are 2 parking spots past the smaller cabin on the left, designated for you. You can also park 2 more vehicles in the driveway, by the entrance, to the cabin. Please do not pull down towards the garage. Room for 4 vehicles. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival INTERNET: Wifi is available throughout the cabin. You will be given the WiFi code the day before arrival. CABLE: HULU LiveTV - Stream 65+ top live and on-demand TV channels including sports, news, and more. TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container. HOT TUB: The cleaners drain, clean, refill, and add fresh chemicals prior to each guest arrival. The cleaners take time stamped photos of them draining and refilling the hot tub between guests to ensure guest cleanliness and comfort. These can be provided upon request, but the smell of fresh chemicals should do the trick. CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 16. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave. Absolutely NO outdoor fires! The neighborhood does not authorize outdoor fires or fireworks. Unauthorized fires and fireworks (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Do NOT lean or hang on the railings. Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents, or injuries, while on the property (inside/outside dwelling or on the driveway).
