Backyard and 2 car detached garage is accessible but no garage parking spaces are available. There is a two car driveway and ample street parking available. We will not personally be available during your stay. We will have an assistant occasionally available for questions. The home will be checked at check out for an inventory to ensure a security deposit refund. This home is 6 miles from Washington DC (Capitol Hill) and .8 miles in either direction to King Street and Braddock Station Metro! Walkable to Historic Old Town Alexandria as well as "The Ave" in Del Ray, Alexandria. Several Capital Bike Share stations around. **This is our full time residence.
