The hot tub is available year-round as well as the massage chair. This large home is ideal for family/friend gatherings and work retreats. Plenty of room to spread out with a stocked coffee bar and many other amenities. Riverview is a clean, spacious, family friendly and inviting home with comfortable beds and linens to sleep 16. Come relax in the heated massage chair & hot tub. Enjoy the incredible views of the Mississippi River. We professionaly clean the house prior to your arrival and after your stay so that you can simply enjoy your time away. All linens and duvet covers/quilts are washed after each guest's use. The home includes a kitchen (full of dishes, cookware, bakeware and helpful appliances), living room and dining room. As well as three TVs in the house. Each TV includes Disney+ and the ability for you to log-in to your other streaming accounts. There is a custom coffee bar located just off of the kitchen. We stock fresh coffee beans, decaf coffee, filters, tea, sugar and creamer for your entire stay. We also have a water cooler that instantly provides filtered cold or hot water, no water bottles needed. There are six large bedrooms in the house spread out onto two floors. Four of the six bedrooms have views of the river. The main level floor contains a queen bedroom with an ensuite private bathroom. A king bedroom with two pack n' plays and a third bedroom/den that contains two trundle beds, equipped with four twin size mattresses. The second floor below contains a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a third bedroom that has 4 separate twin beds. We also have an extra queen and twin mattress available at the house. Please request extra bedding, if you would like to use these mattresses to create additional sleeping places on the floor. There are four bathrooms total in the house with three showers. Each bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, body wash and kids soap for your entire stay. We also provide towels, washclothes, hot tub towels and access to two washers and two dryers. Laundry detergent is also included. Each bedroom contains a mirror to make getting ready a breeze. Comfort is our top priority which is why each bedroom contains comfortable bedding, your choice of a firm or soft pillow, sound machine, alarm clock, essential oil diffuser, fan and blackout curtains. Downstairs there is a large family room with a great space for watching movies or getting cozy by the wood burning fireplace. We provide firewood for your entire stay. There is also a large area for kids to play in that is stocked with fun games, books, toys and a Wii gaming system. The family room also contains a foosball table, treadmill and yoga mats. There are multiple patios outside for your enjoyment. The perfect place to sip coffee and enjoy the gorgeous views of the river. A propane grill and fire pit are also available. We provide extra propane tanks to ensure that you have everything you need for your entire stay. Including roasting sticks, if you want to bring along ingredients to roast hot dogs or marshmallows. Please note that there is a Nest doorbell camera at the front outside entrances. Finally, a 2 car garage is available for guests to park in, as well as space in the driveway for 6 additional vehicles. There is no street overnight parking available, due to city ordinances. The garage also contains a ping pong table (with paddles and balls) and everything needed to play pickle ball, including a net that can be moved outside onto the driveway. We also have a basketball hoop in the driveway and provide basketballs, a bean bag toss and balls to play four square. We've tried to think of everything you might need to pack light and enjoy your stay. Don't forget your bathing suit for the hot tub and please let us know if there is anything that we can do to make your stay even more enjoyable. Guests will be able to access the entire house. Riverview is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Out of respect and care for our neighbors, we ask that all guests are quiet outside from 9pm - 7am.
