Just off the living and dining room is beautiful sun room, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap. You will also find on the main level, 2 bedrooms, each feature queen size beds, in between the 2 bedrooms is a full size bathroom that features a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower, also on this floor is the laundry room for your convenience. The upper level of the house features the master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a private balcony with seating for two and amazing views. Just off the bedroom is the master bathroom, this features a walk in shower, a garden tub, and a double-sink vanity with seating. Just across the hall is the loft that overlooks the entire dining and living room, it features a queen size bed, and has a private balcony as well, it overlooks the beautiful pool and Estero Bay. The main focal point of this rental is the gorgeous well maintained private screened in pool. The spacious patio offers lounge chairs, and seating for all to enjoy.
