You will have many new amenities to look forward to! We provide laundry soap for you. There is a washer and dryer just a short walk away. The unit is not equipped with a washer and dryer. This unit is a lockoff style room. Similar to an adjoining hotel room with a double door. I have extra sound proofing material on both doors to keep the room nice and quiet. 🌺HBR charges a one time $50 check in fee plus $25 per night resort fee and $20 parking per night.
