This charming 4 bedroom cottage has been updated and well maintained. The front porch sun room is a perfect place to relax. The first floor has an open floor plan with brand new floors. 2 cute bedrooms upstairs have double beds, 1 has a queen mattress and the 4th has two twin beds. Please note, the 4th bedroom can only be accessed through bedrooms 2 and 3. Both floors have large, updated full bathrooms. Window AC units throughout. Unlike most lakeside properties, linens and one bath towel per guest are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Property includes a 4 person golf cart. Lakeside is a gated community and has a daily admission charge and parking charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day for ages 13 and older. This is not included in your VRBO stay and must be purchased online or at the gates before entering. This includes access to the lakeside pool, beach, baby pool, splash pad, educational lectures, exercise classes, entertainment and more! There are tons of adult and children activities planned all summer long. Lakeside is a dry community with no alcohol sold within the gates. Unlike other lakeside properties, linens and bath towels are provided. We will have one bath towel provided per guest. Please bring your own beach towel.
