The second living area includes two incredibly comfortable hammock chairs and a day bed that doubles as cozy spot to visit with your crew or as an extra bed if needed. The spacious (seriously, it’s 300 sq ft!) primary suite has a lux king sized bed, desk and ergonomic chair, 58in SmartTV (also with AirPlay and ChromeCast) and additional sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a dual vanity, large walk-in closet and glass shower. The first of two guest rooms includes a plush queen sized bed and blackout curtains. The second guest room includes two Twin XL beds, also with blackout curtains, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. Both rooms include a sizable closet and share a full bath with tub and shower. A washer and dryer is also conveniently located in the home. The dining room opens right up to the outdoor patio. Gather outdoors in the sitting area or grill up your favorite eats on the Weber grill. There's also a picnic area, outdoor fire pit and plenty of room to run around. Free parking is located on the property. Up to 2 cars can fit in the covered garage and additional parking located in the drive way alongside the home for up to 4 cars.
