No smoking in or within 20 feet of cabins, No littering including cigarette butts, they are to be disposed of properly. Cabins sites are at renters own risk. We make not representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Property owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property due to theft, vandalism, fire or any casualty, or act of God. No major vehicle repairs allowed on the sites. No barking dogs or dogs left unattended outside. No pit bulls, American bulldogs, Stafford shire bull terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, unruly dogs or mixes of these breeds allowed. Pets must be leased and cleaned up after at all times. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language and violent behavior will not be tolerated at any time. Please make sure all visitors with you know the rules. Any violation of rules you will be asked to leave with no refund. No fireworks allowed. Only opens fire will be allowed in fire pit area only. Except during burn ban. No firearms to be shot within premise. All local, state and federal laws are applicable to all persons on the premises.
