The cozy living area is furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploration. Outside, the property features a front and back patio, as well as a fully graveled fire ring where you can relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings and wildlife! Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity to the water, where fishing, boating, and water activities await. For those seeking adventure, the nearby trails beckon for scenic hikes, thrilling ATV rides, or epic snow machining, depending on the season. In the Rancho McCrea subdivision, you'll find a community boat dock two blocks from the cabin. The neighborhood is surrounded by the lodgepole pines of the Caribou-Targhee National forest and lines the Snake River with easy access to the Island Park reservoir. Street parking is NOT permitted. Up to 7 vehicles can comfortably fit in the driveway. In the summer, up to 30' trailers can fit at the property. In the winter, up to 16' trailers can fit at the property.
