Every single window is equipped with beautiful custom build blinds, to help you regulate the lighting throughout the day as well as for added privacy as desired. Once entered, you will see a short hallway leading into our open-concept kitchen-dining-living area. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with a wide variety of tools and gadgets you could require for home-cooked meals. Our kitchen island and countertops are not only beautiful but also functional, offering lots of easy to reach work-spaces. Brand new appliances such as a stove, oven, a big refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher make meal prep easy and fun! The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to six around our gorgeous, solid wood table. Additional seating for up to four can be found around our bar height kitchen island. Sit back and relax on our huge, L-shaped, leather couch with a reclining function on each end! This couch is big enough for your entire party to enjoy and great for movie nights, board games or simply to relax on. Log into your own streaming services on our big screen smart TV or enjoy lots of free-to-watch content on our Firestick! Take the comfort to the next level by igniting our gas-powered fireplace with just the flick of a switch and enjoy! This is a great treat especially during the winter months when you can watch the snow outside while listening to the crackling fire. The entire living area is also carpeted, making this a great space for children to play on under supervision! The master bedroom is located on the main floor, right next to the living room, and comes with a comfortable king-sized bed, attached master bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and its own big-screen smart TV. This is the perfect bedroom for parents and anyone who might not be able to handle stairs well. The transition from one room to the other is seamless and easy. Beautifully arranged decor gives this bedroom even more of a welcoming flair. The attached master bathroom comes with a big walk-in shower, gorgeous vanity, and a separate toilet, for added privacy and comfort. It only takes one low step to access the shower, making it easily accessible. The small corner bench in the shower comes in handy as well. This bedroom also has the biggest of the walk-in closets, in which you can find the family amenities we have at the ready for our guests, these include: one pack and play, a high chair, and two stairgates. Moving back towards the entrance, you will find access to the garage, laundry area with washer and dryer as well as our half bathroom to your right. Turning to your left after reaching the main entrance, you will find the first of our guest bedrooms. This bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed, its own flat-screen TV, and a laptop-friendly workspace, ideal for office work or homeschooling. Taking a flight of stairs to reach the upper floor, you will gain access to the remaining guest bedrooms. Each of them comes with another comfortable king-sized bed, their own big-screen smart TVs, walk-in closets, and amazing views of our neighborhood and the adjacent forest! One of them has an additional dedicated workspace with a desk. The guest bathroom is located right between the bedrooms on this level and comes with another beautiful vanity, tub/shower combination, and toilet. We end our virtual tour with our backyard that can be accessed through the living room. This meticulously kept space offers multiple seating options around a faux grass patch as well as outdoor dining and a lounging chair for two! Our backyard is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and the ponderosa pine-scented mountain air, Flagstaff is known for as well as unique forest views. Leaving the property through the back gate, you can even gain easy access to trails leading through the forest should you want to also take a walk and explore! You will have access to the entire home during your stay. On the day of arrival, you will be sent check-in instructions which include the code to give you access. This property is managed by Mass and his team of local property managers. They are available through Airbnb from 7am-7pm, or over the provided phone number in case of emergency. Please call twice from the same phone number within 5 minutes and your call will be answered even after above mentioned hours. Our rental is in the beautiful and newly established neighborhood Presidio in the Pines! This quiet neighborhood is conveniently located a 5-10 min drive from Downtown Flagstaff but tucked away enough to offer a quiet retreat, perfect for families with children. The entire neighborhood consists of small, newly build, townhouses and it even has a playground only a short walk from our property and small hills to sled on. Our property is only a 10-15$ uber/lyft drive away from downtown Flagstaff and all of its restaurants and bars. Detailed suggestions for activities and local attractions can be found in our welcome booklet on site. The HOA does not allow parking on the streets.
